Come alive as a human.

Somatic, trauma-informed therapy & executive coaching
The weight of a demanding life and its competing needs can often press in from every side. You don't have to hold it alone.
We can feel when the container of our lives start to feel stagnant, when our life posturing gets more rigid from a deep, persistent exhaustion while we wonder if it's even possible to feel the pulse of aliveness again. I work with people carrying trauma, grief, or the weight of complicated relationships, who feel the quiet desperation of a life that may appear successful by conventional social metrics but feel stuck underneath, longing for more. The clients I support often feel:
Disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or their sense of vitality
Stuck in patterns and roles that once kept them safe but now feel rigid or exhausting
Alone, isolated in the depth of what they feel, unsure where to bring it
Longing for relationships where they're met as they actually are versus outdated personas
Pulled between who they think they're supposed to be and who they really are
I hope to co-steward a space where my clients can imagine and know themselves beyond the patterns shaped by survival so they can live with more aliveness, authenticity, and purpose. I see this work as part of a larger movement toward collective empathy and the cultivation of relational capacities that can shift communities and culture.
I draw on somatic therapy, Gestalt, depth psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based EMDR. Whether you are navigating a life transition, healing from trauma, or simply seeking more connection and meaning in your life/work, this space may be for you.
How I Work
My approach is warm and integrative, and it starts with trust. Before anything else, you need to feel safe in the room.
Therapy with me is a collaboration. I listen to your story and to what your body is telling us, and we figure out together what needs to change. My approach is integrative, warm, and grounded in a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I work relationally and experientially, creating a foundation of safety and trust from which meaningful healing can unfold.
Words I Come Back To
“People say that what we’re all seeking is a meaning for life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking. I think that what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonances with our own innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive.” (Joseph Campbell)
“We are empathic beings who feel for each other. Our very success as a species is rooted in our ability to be aware of each other's needs, to notice each other's pain and to experience deeply felt physiological and emotional empathy.” (Kae Tempest)
“The difference between a life lived actively, and a life of passive drifting and dispersal of energies, is an immense difference. Once we begin to feel committed to our lives, responsible to ourselves, we can never again be satisfied with the old, passive way.” (Adrienne Rich)
